Flexible rate
Free cancellation up to the number of days before arrival shown at booking. The prepayment is refunded in full to the original card. After that deadline the prepayment is not refundable.
Non-refundable rate
The full amount is charged at booking and is not refundable if you cancel, change or do not arrive.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued immediately on our side; your bank may take 5–10 working days to show them.
