What we collect
Booking details (name, email, phone, country, dates, guests, notes), messages you send us through our forms, and technical data needed to run the website. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Why we use it
To perform your booking contract, to answer your requests, to meet legal obligations (e.g. guest registration, tax law), and — only with your consent — to send you news or measure website use.
Who receives it
Our payment provider, email service and hosting providers, acting as processors under contract, and public authorities where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Booking data for as long as tax and hospitality law require; enquiries for up to 24 months; marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Write to info@perinthoshotel.gr. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
